We are on the hunt for a meticulous and experienced Permanent Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry.

You will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our products by conducting thorough inspections and ensuring that all quality control processes are executed effectively.

Responsibilities :

1. Perform regular inspections of materials, equipment, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

2. Utilize CMM inspection tools and techniques to measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.

3. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and documents to understand the product specifications.

4. Identify and report any potential quality issues or deviations from the standard specifications.

5. Collaborate with the production team to discuss quality control concerns and recommend improvements.

6. Document inspection results by completing detailed reports, summarizing re-works, wastes, and non-conforming products.

7. Ensure all inspection equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.

8. Conduct training sessions on quality control activities to enhance the knowledge and skills of the production team.

9. Participate in the development of quality control policies and procedures.

10. Stay updated with the latest inspection techniques, industry best practices, and emerging trends.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Inspector role in the Manufacturing industry.

2. Proficient in using CMM inspection tools and techniques.

3. Excellent knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.

4. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

5. High attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions.

7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Proficient in using computer software and applications.

10. A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance or a related field would be advantageous.
