Hybrid 2nd Assistant for Head of Operations / Chief of Staff for UHNW Office
Salary : $75K- 85K plus full benefits DOE
Location : Hollywood (In-office as needed)
A leading industry company in the entertainment, non-profit, and entrepreneur space, renowned for its innovation and excellence, seeks a sharp and organized second assistant / catch-all.
As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated and proactive Second Assistant to join the executive office team.
This position acts as the second assistant to the Chief of Operations / Chief of Staff for a UHNW office.
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support : Update rolodex contact information, assist with paperwork, and ensure that all executives have the information they need to proceed with their work.
Assist with management of ensuring everyone has materials needed for various meetings
- Office Management : Monitor and order office supplies, manage office equipment, and oversee the maintenance of a tidy and professional office environment.
- Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Errands : Run errands to ensure all needs are met for the executives in the company.
- Event Planning : Assist in planning and organizing office events, conferences, and other special functions as needed.

The two senior executives work closely together, and this role will be integral to their daily operations.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in a high-profile or fast-paced environment.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Skills :
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
