Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, including overseeing large-scale projects.
• Proven experience in a project management role, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to organize resources, manage timelines, and achieve results under tight deadlines.
• Ability to take initiative and assume responsibility for project success.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Proficiency in project management software and relevant construction technology

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage commercial construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and present progress reports, manage risk, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Lead project teams and communicate effectively to ensure smooth project delivery.
