A minimum of 2 years in a professional kitchen with experience in high volume, fast-paced cooking is a plus. This position would be responsible for the daily production, set-up & breakdown of the station.
Ability to follow directions and complete daily tasks with high attention to detail.
A degree or certificate in Culinary Arts is helpful, however not required.

- Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all teammates
