What We're Looking For :

The Product Marketing Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, global company as an individual contributor with potential for people management in the future.

We are seeking a Market & Competitive Intelligence specialist.

Working as a conduit between our customers, our sales and customer success teams, and our product and engineering organization, the Product Marketing function plays a critical role in the success and growth of Meltwater.

You will help ensure that our products are being presented in the best light to our existing and target customers, and that our internal teams are fully up to date on how our solutions stack up in the market.

What You'll Do :

Track top tier and trade news impacting Meltwater, competitors, and the market.

Collaborate with M&CI manager to update competitive assets including battle cards, competitive research and presentations.

Support responding to sales requests for competitive intel using slack and email.

Incorporate competitive intelligence into product release messaging across our product suite.

Manage and maintain sales and marketing assets that contribute to revenue generation from both prospects & customers.

Collaborate with the global Product Marketing team, including other team members responsible for messaging, content production, competitive intelligence, and customer communication.

Partner with key stakeholder groups - customers, sales / customer success, field marketing, partnerships, product, and engineering - to ensure alignment in expectations between all groups.

Coordinate product launches and releases, including the creation and completion of messaging and sales enablement materials for internal and external use.

Contribute to messaging development to inform sales and customers of changes in the product that will have an impact on the way that our product brings value to customers.

Support Product, Sales and Strategy teams explore new and evolving market opportunities.

What You'll Bring :

At least 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement and Market & Competitive Intelligence at a SaaS or social media company.

A demonstrated ability to support product launches, with involvement from ideation to execution.

A collaborative approach to work, with proven relationships across different departments and stakeholder groups

Detailed understanding of the trends and technology helping to shape the Marketing, PR, Communications and social media landscape.

Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as external-facing presentation skills.

Comfortable with analyzing and distributing market news and competitive insights.

Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Outstanding time management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with products such as SalesHood, WalkMe, Pendo, Intercom, ProductBoard, Salesforce, Totango, Wistia, Loom or Camtasia.

Compensation :

Base Salary of $75,000 - $115,000 USD per year + 10% quarterly bonus subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan
