Commercial Roofing Project Manager
We are partnered with a well-known Roofing company, that is looking to add a Project Manager to their team due to growth! They are known for their commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
They specialize in large-scale commercial projects, delivering top-notch roofing solutions to clients across various industries.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Roofing Project Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Commercial Roofing Project Manager Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish
- Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues
- Prepare and submit project reports and documentation
- Resolve any project-related disputes or challenges in a timely and efficient manner
- Commercial Roofing Project Manager Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial roofing industry
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, methods, and best practices
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
