Your New Role as a Mechanical Service Technician :

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems under and over 25 tons.
• Perform preventative maintenance on chillers, boilers, AHUs, pumps, and more.
• Troubleshoot software like Trane TechView, Carrier CCN, and others.
• Work with building automation systems (BAS) and frequency drives.
• Uphold safety standards and promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians to problem-solve and deliver top-notch service.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.

Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Basic experience with chillers, boilers, and air handling units.

Familiarity with BAS systems and controls (Trane, Carrier, Daikin, etc.).

Willingness to work overtime and be on-call when needed.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and differentiate wire colors.

Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical customers.
