Prequel is seeking a senior electrical engineer for a direct hire role at a growing stable company in the Pittsburgh area.
This role will sit onsite 3 days out of the week.
Position Summary : Improve product reliability by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing circuit boards and electro-mechanical assemblies.
Enhance circuit design and support manufacturing with diagnostic expertise. Assist in circuit analysis, schematic design, layout, prototyping, and testing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform electrical engineering for new product development, enhancements, and production.
- Design, build, and test electronics and electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Support manufacturing with expertise as needed.
- Desire to move into a lead role is welcomed
Qualifications :
- 5+ years experience
- Strong Linux skills.
- Proficient in electrical analysis, testing, and troubleshooting.
- EMC testing experience.
- CAD and documentation proficiency.
- 5+ years of experience.
Education : Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
