Job Title : Customer Service Advisor Billing
Duration : 3-month contract
Location : Tualatin, OR (hybrid)
Pay Range : $15.66 $18.89 per hour
The Customer Service Advisor Billing role involves investigating, analyzing, and resolving billing issues. This position requires working within established procedures to ensure accurate billing for customers, including addressing manual work associated with meter exchanges.
Position Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve billing issues by analyzing data and identifying necessary adjustments.
- Process billing adjustments, exceptions, and corrections while adhering to timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of work and customer interactions using provided systems.
- Use Oracle C2M, Excel, and other tools to manage data, track progress, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Support meter exchange efforts by reviewing and processing related billing tasks.
- Communicate with team members to collaborate on problem-solving and complete assigned tasks.
- Respond to customer inquiries about billing and provide accurate information.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years of experience in customer service, billing, or a related field.
- Intermediate skills in Excel, attention to detail, and basic math abilities.
- Experience with Oracle C2M, Outlook, and Finesse is beneficial but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with some on-site presence.
