- $400k base salary, $50k sign-on bonus, $15k for relocation, occurrence malpractice
- 7 weeks of vacation time
- No local competition, 700 deliveries per year
- 4.5-day work week with a call of 1 : 5 taken from home
- Fully staffed; will be 5 OB / GYNs and 4 nurse midwives
