Records Management Assistant
Our client an asset management company located in Newton, is seeking a Records Management Assistant. This is a temporary opportunity and can compensate up to $21 / hr.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the continued documentation and development of Records Management procedures.
- Support implementation of new Digital Records Management ("DRM") system.
- Administer Access Records Management.
- Assist in downloading / saving the closing files from Box.com from outside counsel.
- Research and manage status of outstanding closing documents from closing law firms.
- Gather property document requests for projects : Dispositions, Joint Ventures & Financing.
- Extract Title Exception Documents from Title Commitments.
- Create post-closing indexes of documents received by property level to be uploaded into the new DRM platform.
- Research the status of recorded mortgage release documents.
