J ob Description : We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants (Preferred)
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications :
- Additional certifications or licenses related to HVAC systems
- Experience with smart HVAC technology and controls
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
