About the Role
You will be responsible for developing new business and managing and upselling existing accounts for our events and digital solutions.
Responsibilities
Developing an understanding of the event portfolio, market and offer value-based packages based on customer objectives and needs
Building long-term relationships with customers, understanding their businesses and marketing strategies and becoming a trusted trade show expert
Communicating with senior level prospects and customers both in person and via video conferencing
Managing CRM system, pipeline, and campaigns across multiple events
Attending RX events, competitor events and scheduled customer office visits
Communicating with internal teams throughout entire sales cycle
Achieving and surpassing individual revenue targets
Requirements
Be a self-motivated individual with a mature approach and prepared to go that extra mile to achieve / exceed sales goals
Demonstrate a proven l track record of success in a sales environment
Possess senior level telephone sales skills
Have highly developed consultative sales skills, demonstrating innovation and creativity
Be highly organized and possess the ability to effectively prioritize projects
Have a team player mentality and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Possess excellent customer service skills
Have a high level of professionalism with great attention to detail
Be able to travel domestic and internationally as needed
