Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)

StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $1555.33 - $1792.01

PT needed ASAPType of equipment : hi-low mats, Nustep, II bars, steps, balls, weights, car simulator, Bioness L200 and H300, BITS interactive computer systemDocumentation system : MeditechScheduling requirements : M-F 830-5 (start and end times are flexible, but 8hrs is standard) and 2 weekends during 13 weekend assignment (added to the rotation with regular staff -would have 2 other days off during week)Floating policy : No floatingPatient Experience requirements : 1 yearCertifications : BLSRequested Skill Set : Experience with inpatient rehab and the Care Tool preferredProcedures performed on unit : Wound careBlack scrubs and closed shoes
