Enliven Planters, an innovative subscription gardening service based in Greater Philadelphia, is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic gardening team.

As a Seasonal Gardener, you'll play a crucial role in making homes and neighborhoods more beautiful and enjoyable.

Enliven Planters is dedicated to transforming the streets of Greater Philadelphia into lush, colorful green spaces. We deliver seasonal flower arrangements to homes and businesses four times a year, enhancing the beauty and enjoyment of neighborhoods.

If you're someone who prefers working outside with your hands rather than being confined to an office desk, we invite you to be a part of our growing (no pun intended) team.

Job Overview :

In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will be the driving force behind making Philadelphia bloom. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planting clients' planters and window boxes across the city and surrounding suburbs.

Each day, you'll load up our box truck with plants and materials, then hit the road, working independently to hit your daily delivery quota and bring our green vision to life.

Responsibilities :

• Navigate to homes and businesses for planting
• Load and drive a box truck SAFELY and efficiently (valid driver’s license required)
• Work independently to meet daily delivery quotas
• Interact with clients in a personable and polite manner
• Embrace working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Lift and handle up to 65 pounds repeatedly

Qualifications :

• No prior design or horticulture experience is necessary; what matters most to us is your willingness to work hard and eagerness to learn.
• Applicants with landscaping, manual labor, or hospitality are encouraged to apply.
