A company is looking for a 1st Shift NOC Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Actively monitor dashboards and alerts to identify issues
Document trends to proactively prevent problems
Serve as the first point of contact for client network issues and escalate downtime events as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Prior experience is welcome but not required
No degree required; relevant skills and experience are valued
Understanding of Active Directory, Windows OS, Office 365, and network infrastructure
Knowledge of the OSI Model and troubleshooting processes
Experience with ticketing systems and real-world technology support
