Job Description :
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and general ledger accounts
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as needed
Education + Certification Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting setting
- Proficiency in accounting software (, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
