We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is critical in managing policy transactions, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Compensation includes a base salary plus bonus opportunities, with total earnings ranging from $50,000 to $55,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Identify and advise clients on additional insurance needs to ensure there are no coverage gaps.
- Adhere to all Allstate compliance requirements, including SRM (Strategic Risk Management) and new business trailing documents, ensuring all recommendations are in the best interest of the client.
- Handle inbound service calls, addressing needs such as payments, policy changes, and billing inquiries.
- Conduct insurance reviews to confirm household members, verify discounts, and ensure accurate coverage.
- Consistently prioritize the betterment of the customer when reviewing and recommending policy changes.
Requirements
- Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty license to be considered.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Patience, attention to detail, and strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to follow up with clients and maintain a client-focused approach.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
