Job Description

The Project Manager - K-12 and Senior Living Construction - DC will be responsible for :

  • Coordinating, developing, managing, and implementing all the tasks necessary to construct the project on time, within budget, and to the quality specified.
  • Mentoring and leading our assistant project managers while serving as the liaison between project team members and the community with the common goal of promoting the interests of both the firm and clients in all matters.
  • Providing technical expertise regarding cost estimates, negotiate contracts, change orders, and establish project objectives to ensure project success

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - K-12 and Senior Living Construction - DC will have :

  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience in project management within various sectors, including Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, Library, Multifamily, and Office projects.

Projects larger than 20 million

  • Expeirnce in ground up construction
  • Demonstrated experience with general contracting (GC) processes and procedures.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of project management software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred but not required)
