Our client, a privately held manufacturing electronic company is looking to hire a Machine Operator for their location in Lancaster, MA.
The ideal candidate will need at least 3 years of experience in Machine Operating. Responsibilities for this position include inspecting machines during operation to ensure quality standards and high-quality outputs.
The Day-to-Day :
- Set up and adjust machines prior to operation to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and inspect machines during operation to maintain quality standards and produce high-quality outputs.
- Differentiate between varying sizes of cable thickness to ensure proper handling and processing.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator.
- Prior experience with wire and cable is a plus.
- Capability to lift and handle objects weighing 50 pounds or more.
- Ability to comprehend and follow both verbal and written work and safety-related instructions.
Pay Rate / Shifts :
- $20.00+ / hr (depending on experience)
- 8 & 12-hour shifts are available
- Monday to Friday
- 1st- 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM
- 2nd- 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM
- 3rd- 11 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
- 12 hours- 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM & 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
