Badger State Staffing is seeking a Packaging Associate for a full-time position based in Appleton offering shifts averaging 10-12 hours, Monday through Friday. We’re searching for a dedicated and hardworking individual who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment that includes both warm and refrigerated areas within a bakery warehouse.
Primary Duties :
- Operate various types of packaging equipment (training is provided)
- Perform quality control checks on finished products
- Stack and organize cases of products on pallets and apply shrink-wrap
- Stack and move baskets of finished products
- Pull and stage products from the freezer area for packaging
- Provider direction and support to other team members as needed
- Maintain proper GMP’s and housekeeping (training is provided)
Schedule : Monday through Friday from 9 : 00 AM until all products have been packaged for distribution. This position averages 10-12-hour shifts each day.
