About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist (PT) Job Specialty : Physical Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 8-Hour Days, Monday to Friday with rotating weekends Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum of 2 years License : PT license required Certifications : BLS, CPR required Must-Have : Experience with a range of age groups from neonate to geriatric Job Description : Work Monday to Friday, with a schedule start of either 8 : 15 AM or 8 : 30 AM, ending at 5 : 00 PM.
- Participate in a rotating weekend schedule, working one Saturday every 5 weeks.- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services in a post-acute care setting.
- Document patient care and progress using the EPIC charting system.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all clinic and healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.- Deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
- Maintain compliance with all required health and safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a dynamic healthcare environment, focusing on improving patients' physical abilities and enhancing their quality of life.
