Manages Centra One's social media platforms by consistent and frequent posting of photos, videos, and pertinent information surrounding the operations of Centra One
Social media platforms include, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Develops service lines and / or region-specific comprehensive marketing objectives, strategies, plans, messaging, and tactics to improve community relations
Remains active in the promotion of Centra One by providing educational opportunities with neighboring Fire / EMS / Public Safety agencies
Identifies appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports key metrics from digital campaigns
Uses the educational design process to bridge the knowledge, skills, and / or practice gaps identified through needs assessment
Manages the orientation process for new hires
Develops and maintains competencies surrounding skill and performance proficiency
Promotes the generation and dissemination of new knowledge and the use of evidence to advance professional development, guide clinical practice, and improve patient care
Assist in protocol development, formatting, and revisions for Centra Paramedicine Services to include Air and Ground
Maintains the integrity and increases the quality of continuing professional development throughout professional practice
From time to time, attend monthly strategic planning meetings with executive management and / or service line leadership to assure strategic alignment and that goals are being met with respective service lines and business units
Proficient in Microsoft Office to include, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Required Education : Associates Degree with emphasis in Marketing or Communications, Associates Degree in Emergency Services or Emergency Management, Associates Degree in Nursing, or equivalent healthcare-related Associates Degree
Preferred Education : Bachelors Degree with emphasis in Marketing or Communications, Bachelors Degree in Emergency Services or Emergency Management, Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN), Masters of Science Degree in Nursing (MSN), or equivalent healthcare-related Bachelors Degree
Required Experience : At least five (5) years in an Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department, or Pre-Hospital setting. Previous teaching experience.
Knowledge of adult learning principles. Previous marketing experience. Previous experience on multiple social media platforms
Preferred Experience : Previous experience in marketing of an Air Medical Program. Previous experience in teaching healthcare-related topics to an audience comprised of various education levels.
Previous experience in customer service
Required Certifications and Licensures : National Registry Paramedic, VA Paramedic, or VA Registered Nurse License AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS
Preferred Certifications and Licensures : VA OEMS Education Coordinator AHA Instructor in BLS, ACLS, PALS NAEMT Instructor in AMLS, PHTLS, etc.
VDFP or VAVRS EVOC Instructor Certification through BCCTPS / IAFCCP or BCEN Certified in Healthcare Continuing Professional Development (CHCP) / Board Certified in Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC) or willing to obtain within one (1) year of eligibility (if applicable)
