Customer Service RepresentativeResponsibilities : - Requesting & sending buyout and trade-up quotes to sales representatives on all leasing programs - Entering credit applications online- Obtaining additional required information for application process- Reviewing orders at the end of the month and making any necessary changes or obtaining any additional information before forwarding to leasing companies- Ensuring we receive funding for dals in a timely manner - Processing company lease payoffs and buyouts- Handling lease account when notified of lease account past due notating on service and sales side of account being past due - Returning authorization for leasing companyRequirements : - Experience in a customer service and / or accounting role - Strong phone communication skills - Strong Excel and Word skills
