Customer / Guest Service Associate - Overland Park

Reports to : Site Manager

Job Summary : The Customer / Guest Service Specialist will interact with the company's guests and customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer support on a specific product or service. In this instance, the role requires the Specialist to regularly interact with customers in a face-to-face setting and provide support and information on the car wash services and products.

Responsibilities :

• Interacts with customers in person to provide support and information on an assigned product or service.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Interact warmly with guests, explain our services, and respond with confidence to questions.
• Communicate promotions and wash package details effectively.
• Process point-of-sale purchases.
• Manage weekly schedule to achieve sales goals.
• Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
