DeLeers Construction is looking for a Senior Construction Estimator to join our estimation team. Working with the DeLeers Pre-Construction and Sales teams, the Senior Estimator will be accountable for estimating unique, high end residential projects and light commercial buildings.
The Senior Estimator will be assisting with take offs and working to obtain bids from suppliers and subcontractors. These estimates will include all aspects of the building process including labor take-offs, plumbing, electrical, concrete, masonry, roofing, siding, interiors, etc.
You will be involved in the process for buyouts, contract awards, and budgets for multiple projects. The senior estimator will also be involved in the process of identifying new suppliers, working on larger scale projects, looking for process improvements and innovations for the estimating team, and will be mentoring less experienced estimators.

The Senior Estimator must have at least 5 + years of experience in estimating whole house builds. Experience in light commercial estimation is a plus but not required.
Experience working in Pro-core is also a plus but not required. Hands on experience as a carpenter is a plus.
