Healthcare Associate Attorney
We are seeking an associate attorney with 0-2 years of experience to join our growing healthcare practice. Job responsibilities include analyzing contracts and medical claims, performing legal research, and conducting administrative appeals for complex denials of hospital claims.
The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, highly organized, and able to independently manage numerous projects and competing deadlines.
Successful candidates will be tech savvy and comfortable working with MS Excel, Salesforce, and various hospital software platforms, including Epic and Cerner.
Qualifications :
Admitted to practice law in Florida or registered to take the Florida Bar exam in July 2024.
0-2 years of experience as an attorney.
Demonstrated interest in health law or experience in the healthcare industry.
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health insurance rules and regulations is a plus.
