OTR Company Driver (CDL Class A) Job Offer
Pay Scale : $0.57 - $0.64 CPM
Sign-On Bonus (SOB) : $1,000 ($500 on first load, $500 at 30 days)
Average Miles : 2,000-2,200 per week
Bonus : 3 CPM based on safety, mileage & productivity
Details :
Out 12 days, home 2 full days every other weekend
OTR across all 48 states (majority east of I-35)
100% no-touch freight : 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload
No forced dispatch to NYC or its 5 boroughs
Equipment : 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth's
Detention Pay : $12.50 / hour after 2nd hour
Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 / day
Orientation : Shippensburg, PA
Vacation : 1 year 1 week
