Graduate Assistant - Intramurals
The Athletics Department at Bryant University invites applications for the Intramural Graduate Assistant. Bryant University IS an NCAA Division I program, sponsoring 25 varsity sports, and is a member of the America East Conference, CAA, Southland, and East Coast Conference.
This position reports to the Associate Athletic Director for Recreation & Operations.
Graduate Assistant compensation includes full tuition waiver, housing, and a $1,500.00 stipend per semester. Graduate School is a 2-year part-time program beginning August 2024 August 2026.
Appointment starts August 1, 2024 (subject to acceptance into Bryant Graduate Programs).

- Principal Accountabilities The Intramural Graduate Assistant will oversee and have direct responsibility of the Intramural Program;
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the intramural program; Train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate student officials, statisticians, and supervisors;
- Provide risk management training to student staff members; Promote and market intramural programs; Assist with. preparation and execution of any special events;
- Purchase and Inventory an equipment associated with the program. Help with the administration of the program by coordinating program business operations inducing, but not limited to : Budget maintenance;
Purchasing; Travel; and general clerical duties.
This position requires availability at nights and weekends. Qualifications Requires an undergraduate degree from an accredited Institution.
Previous experience working within an intercollegiate athletic program in Tickets / game management preferred.
