Commercial Lines Account Manager - Hybrid $65-$90k

Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
Understand clients' business needs and insurance requirements.
Policy Administration :
Coordinate the renewal process for commercial insurance policies.Review policy terms, conditions, and coverage to ensure accuracy and adequacy.
Process policy endorsements, cancellations, and other policy-related transactions.Keep abreast of changes in insurance regulations and industry trends.
Risk Analysis :
Analyze and assess the risk exposure of commercial clients.Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate policy terms and conditions.
Provide recommendations for risk mitigation and improvements.
Documentation and Record Keeping :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Prepare and present comprehensive reports to clients on policy details, coverage, and renewals.
Claims Management :
Assist clients in the event of a claim, facilitating communication between clients and claims adjusters.Monitor the progress of claims and provide updates to clients as needed.
Cross-Selling and Upselling :
Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products to meet clients' evolving needs.Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to explore new business opportunities.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence :
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Stay informed about changes in regulations and communicate updates to clients.

Experience :
Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role in the insurance industry.
Insurance Knowledge :
In-depth understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and industry trends.
Communication Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to explain complex insurance concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Organizational Skills :
Effective organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Computer Proficiency :
Proficient in using Applied Epic or similar software
Professional Certification :
Active Property & Casualty License
