Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)

StartDate : 1 / 13 / 2025 Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $1892.86 - $2180.91

PT - OP / IP needed asapPosition is 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient.Plans and implements specific treatment programsfor patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy.

Evaluate patients and establish a written plan of treatment with short, and long term goals.Keep appropriate documentation records, ie : daily logs, progress notes, discharge notes, etc.

Maintain open lines of communication within department, between departments and with the physicians.Must have current, active Montana licensure.BLS3 years experience
