In-School Health - Advanced Practice Provider

Overview

Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our In School Health team in Peoria, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• This position will be based at Trewyn School but the In School Health APP must be available to travel to Peoria High School, Richwoods High School, and Manual High School in Peoria as needed
• This position will primarily consist of completing school physicals, immunizations, and providing reproductive health clinical services / education and other primary care health care services
• Hours will typically be 7 : 30 AM – 4 PM Monday - Friday following a school schedule. Will be off during the summer and on days that school is out including holidays
• Opportunity to work PRN during the summer for health fairs and community events as well as other Carle Health ambulatory care clinics as appropriate
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
• Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $55.13 - $71.67 / hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate?s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
