Summary :
The Vivint 1Stop team is seeking a proactive Asset Team Lead to oversee all DTH inventory and associated operations. In this role, you will be integral to ensuring the efficient management of our assets, directly contributing to the success of our salesforce and overall business operations.
The DTH 1Stop team is dedicated to the precise handling of asset orders, inventory control, and city licensing, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
While this position is part of the 1Stop team, it carries distinct responsibilities focused specifically on asset fulfillment.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all DTH inventory, including incentive gear, ensuring accurate tracking and availability
- Oversee the operations of the Vivint store, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service
- Manage asset orders and packing processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assets
- Oversee asset inbox to ensure urgent and accurate responses to requests
- Handle asset deductions and ensure proper documentation and reporting
- Manage city licensing processes, ensuring compliance and timely renewals
- Fulfill all DTH bulk orders
Required Skills / Qualifications :
- Must demonstrate a proactive attitude and strong initiative in managing inventory and related tasks
- Proven experience in inventory management, with a strong understanding of inventory tracking systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and report on inventory data
- Superior customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to move boxes and pallets as part of inventory management tasks
- Innovation is expected, with a focus on improving processes and enhancing efficiency in asset management

WORKING CONDITIONS :
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
