Commercial Litigation Attorney - Santa Ana / Irvine
25+ years' Defense Litigation Major Claims Real Estate Business
A Fortune 500, nationally-recognized corporation is seeking a seasoned Commercial Litigation Attorney with 25+ years of experience in Real Estate and Business Litigation.
The ideal candidate with experience in managing the disposition of Major Claims, complex Business matters; an exceptional writing skillset is required for this in-house role.
This is a hybrid / flex position in newly renovated offices in a Santa Ana business complex and offers staff support in a collegial office culture.
Qualifications and Duties :
- Heavy trial experience; 1st chair / 2nd chair jury trials
- Commercial Litigation, Business, Real Estate - Property Development; Construction disputes; Lien and Title Defect; Bad Faith claims;
Title Insurance a plus
- Experience with claims investigations; review, manage and supervise outside counsel
- Attending settlement conferences and mediations
- Strong writing skills - writing samples requested with law and motion points, appellate briefs, policy-related matters
