Our client, a truly global law firm is looking to hire a midlevel Associate in its market-leading employment litigation practice in New York.

The team specializes in providing comprehensive support to companies in various areas. They offer expert advice and representation in litigation or arbitration.

They assist in the development and implementation of effective best practices. Their expertise also extends to negotiating with unions or work councils, ensuring amicable resolutions and mutually beneficial outcomes.

The team helps protecting companies by developing and implementing strong workplace policies.

The ideal candidate will have experience with employment litigation and counseling, including drafting pleadings and written and document discovery.

Candidates with traditional labor law, OSHA, and / or transactional experience are preferred.

The firm has gone from strength to strength in recent years, becoming a truly global, full-service firm with the best and biggest clients on its roster.

The corporate and finance teams in particular have had exceptional growth, even in this tougher market.

Though there is a hours billable target, you can include up to pro bono hours as well as 50 hours of DE&I initiatives in this.
