- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans.- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress.
- Adapt and implement therapeutic exercises to improve patient mobility and function.- Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to promote recovery.
- Participate in orientation for two weeks before commencing full duties.- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures and regulations.
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills for effective patient management.
