Seeking a talented MEP Superintendent!

Our client is a solid general contracting firm dedicated to excellence in building data centers. They prioritize safety, quality, and timely project completion, crucial in advancing modern infrastructure.
The Role :
We are seeking an MEP Superintendent for an overnight position essential to keeping this data center project on schedule.
In this role, you will oversee 3rd shift operations at the construction site, ensuring that all projects are executed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee Night Operations : Supervise field personnel and subcontractors during the 3rd shift.
- Ensure Compliance : Collaborate with the Project Manager to meet project schedules and uphold quality standards.
- Conduct Safety Meetings : Lead weekly safety discussions and enforce compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain Job Site Organization : Manage material deliveries and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications :
- Experience Required : High School diploma or GED; significant construction experience is essential.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in reading blueprints and familiar with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and ComputerEase.
- Certifications : Valid drivers license, CPR / AED certification, and OSHA 30-hour training.
