Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Construction Project Manager with projects in Nashville TN and surrounding areas. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination construction project management budgeting construction management and overall project management tasks to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- 610 years of Commercial Construction experience
- Project Coordination and Project Management expertise
- Ability to manage groundup and large renovation projects individually or as part of a team
- Proficiency with scheduling (Suretrak MS Project) and BIM software and processes
- Budgeting proficiency
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ss
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
- Ability to continually learn adapt and build on your ss in a challenging dynamic environment
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred
