The Entry Level Marketing Assistant plays a critical role within our marketing and advertising team . This entry-level position includes comprehensive training covering essential topics such as : Marketing strategies and direct advertising Promotional techniques and visual merchandising Consumer market research After completing the training program, successful candidates will have the chance to advance to a team lead role within the marketing department.
This role reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager . Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of event-based marketing campaigns.
Support customer acquisition and retention efforts through engaging campaigns. Drive retail sales by participating in promotional event campaigns.
Build brand awareness using tailored marketing strategies at local events. Develop leadership and interpersonal skills essential for long-term success.

Requirements Full-time availability , including some weekends for special events. Ability to work independently on tasks and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks per year for additional training. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
