Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Research and Development Project Manager to join Clean Skin Club’s innovation team.

As a Research and Development (R&D) Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing various projects within the R&D department.

Your primary focus will be on managing the planning, execution, and completion of innovative research initiatives to drive product development and company growth.

This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple R&D projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, designers, and marketers, to execute project tasks and achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source raw materials, ensuring high-quality inputs for product development.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management, to maintain alignment and support.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and problem-solving among team members.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure efficient utilization of resources to optimize project performance.
• Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to assess project effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and scientific advancements to inform project strategies and drive innovation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and ethical standards in all research activities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, engineering).
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a research and development environment.
• Ability to apply statistical methods to analyze experimental data, draw meaningful conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of research methodologies, experimental design, and data analysis techniques.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing priorities.
• A passion for innovation and a commitment to driving continuous improvement in research and development practices.
