Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC , a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Program Analyst .
The place of performance for this position is in the Washington DC area.
Responsibilities :
- Analyzes the organization's strategic business needs
- Provide support to business managers, administrators, engineers, scientists, analysts, specialists, and / or technicians
- Perform work measurement studies, program / project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, workload change impacts, or other business-related analyses
- Collects information for program or project milestones, financial, acquisition, policy, quality control, maintenance, or training documentation.
- Training and training plans
- Create workflow diagrams, mock-ups, and user stories to ensure team and stakeholders are aligned before development begins
- Defines detailed requirements, analyzes business needs, and validates solutions with the client.
- Prepares and submits position and information papers in response to government requirements.
- Expert in Agile Development practices
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical related technical field
- Min 7 years of relevant focused experience
- Able to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Qualifications :
- 7 years experience in engineering / science management, operations research analysis or financial / cost analysis Excellent communicator
- Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
- Solid relationship builder
- Quality Certification (ITIL, or other)
