Key ResponsibilitiesManage self-pay account balances through inbound and outbound calls, negotiating payment arrangementsValidate account balances and document payment commitments, processing payments as neededProvide information regarding the Financial Assistance Program and refer calls to appropriate entitiesRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare office environment preferredMinimum 2 years of experience in healthcare account management preferredBasic knowledge of medical terminologyExperience with PC applications
