About The Position
Job Title : Social Worker Job Specialty : Social Work Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Day - 8x4 - 8 AM to 4 PM - 32 Hours Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 2+ Years License : Active California Licensure (LCSWs, ACSWs (MSWs), LMFTs, AMFTs (MFTs)) Certifications : CA BBS Certification, BLS (AHA only) Must-Have : Active licensure and certification as specified, ability to work specified rotating schedule Job Description : Provide comprehensive social work services in a behavioral health care setting.
- Alternate weekly schedule with shifts from Tuesday to Friday one week, and Wednesday to Saturday the next week.- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient-centered care.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy and case management services.- Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulations and policies.
- Engage with patients and families to offer support, education, and advocacy.- Adhere to professional ethics and standards in all interactions.
