About the Sales Manager PositionAs a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a : Guide for families and older adults - Youll be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in.

Team player - Youll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals;

religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations.Partner - Youll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Brookdale supports our Sales associates through : 3-week on-boarding & orientation program featuring in-depth instruction in Brookdales unique approach to sales, the systems to help you be successful, one-on-one coaching with your District Director, ongoing monthly continuing education for knowledge growth, and customized tools designed to help you best market your community for your unique geographic area.

Qualifications & Skills Wed love to talk if you have the following : Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education requiredValid drivers licenseMinimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience.
