We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with experience handling asbestos and talc litigation to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong deposition experience, a background in toxic torts or product liability, and a passion for advocating for plaintiffs affected by asbestos exposure and defective talc products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct depositions of plaintiffs, experts, and corporate witnesses in asbestos and talc-related cases.
- Manage complex litigation caseload, from pre-trial through resolution.
- Prepare legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
- Develop litigation strategies for high-value toxic tort cases.
- Work closely with medical experts, scientists, and investigators to build strong cases.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and defendants.
- Provide client consultations, ensuring effective communication and advocacy.
- Participate in court hearings, mediations, and trial preparations.
