About the Role :
We are seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team at Chase Construction & Inspection Group, LLC in Mason, OH. As a Maintenance Tech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of our properties, and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Responsibilities :
- Performing routine maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Conducting inspections and identifying issues or potential hazards
- Repairing and troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Assisting with the upkeep of landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Responding to maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements :
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of building systems and equipment
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
