We are seeking a top-tier Producer to join their elite Employee Benefits sales team.

- Key Responsibilitie s :
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets within our focus market of companies employing 250-5,000 people.
- Build and maintain a strong network of prospects.
- Document client interactions, proposals, and coverage requirements in the company's system.
- Foster and sustain relationships with underwriters.
- Manage annual renewals for existing clients.
- Cross-sell property & casualty policies to corporate client s.
- Qualificatio ns :
- A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in an insurance brokerage, with a proven track record.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must possess a California Life and Health insurance license.
- In-depth knowledge of Employee Benefits.
- Personable, highly motivated, and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet individual sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A consultative, positive, and resourceful approach when engaging with prospects, clients, and colleagues.
- Strong presence within the Human Resources and benefits community.
- Superior listening skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Ability to interact confidently with senior management and demonstrate executive-level presence.
Anticipated Salary range for this position is $140,000 - $210,000 + commission. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
