About Us - Home Care* Freeman Home Care's mission is to improve the health of the communities we serve through contemporary, innovative and quality healthcare solutions in the home care setting* Our team of professionals shares common values, vision and purpose* We work closely with patients, families and physicians to develop individualized care plans to best meet the needs of each patient* Services include : Skilled nursing, skilled therapy, medical social work and home health aide servicesSchedule : Full-Time Days Mon-Fri (40hrs / week)What You'll DoPerforms patient care activities for assigned patients and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients.
Requirements : Previous experience preferred, at least one year being in Home Care, related experience.Auto liability insurance, Clean driving record, Current driver's license.
Current Missouri CNA license requiredMust be able to successfully pass KDADS criminal record check upon hire.Must register with and successfully pass the Family Care Safety Registry uponSuccessfully completed training program and has Home Health Aide certificate.
