Position Overview :
Blend is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in measurement and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
The ideal candidate will possess the technical expertise and project management skills necessary to design and implement robust measurement frameworks and MTA models.
This role involves working closely with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection and insightful analysis that drives our marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Measurement Strategy Development :
- Design and implement measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure accurate tracking and analysis of performance metrics across various channels.
Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) :
- Develop and refine MTA models to determine the contribution of each touchpoint in the customer journey.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing spend and efforts.
Data Analysis and Interpretation :
- Work with large datasets to clean, preprocess, and perform statistical analyses.
- Utilize tools like SQL, R, Python, or other relevant data analysis and visualization tools.
Project Management :
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage and execute projects effectively.
- Manage stakeholders, including marketing teams, data scientists, and executive leadership.
MarTech and AdTech Integration :
- Experience with marketing technology (MarTech) and advertising technology (AdTech) platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with tag management systems, data management platforms (DMP), and customer data platforms (CDP).
Business Acumen :
- Understand marketing principles, customer segmentation, and campaign management.
- Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics used to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Leadership and Collaboration :
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration to achieve project goals.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing Analytics) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a focus on measurement and MTA.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and attribution modeling.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising technology platforms.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with some on-site presence in San Francisco, CA.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the finance or technology sector.
