What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, Testers, and Users to implement efficient systems
- Prepare and deliver recommendations for improving processes in operating and financial systems
- Document and maintain detailed functional and technical requirements documentation
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications to stakeholders
- Troubleshoot end-user and system-related issues and train users on system use
What Is Required (Qualifications) :
- Four-year degree in a related field
- Minimum of 4 years working with Tier I ERP systems
- Experience with business and technical requirements analysis
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle principles
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Certification in 6 Sigma
- Project Management or Agile certifications
- Knowledge of 6 Sigma
- Prior experience with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Microsoft F&O, or JD Edwards
- Familiarity with APICS, CPA, Forecasting, Purchase Management
